About this Holiday Cottage
A luxurious two bed cottage on the Isle of Man, The Granary is one of three sumptuous 5 Star Gold cottages on Grenaby Estates nestling in the south of the island just north of Castletown. Ideal for couples and families, the estate is a beautiful rural retreat featuring a fully licensed Equestrian Centre offering riding lessons for all levels of rider.
Part of a stunning old Manx barn renovation, Granary Cottage is ideally placed for touring the island, situated close to a choice of premier golf courses, nature and birdwatching sites, spectacular beaches, coastal walks and historic attractions including Castle Rushen.

Luxurious and spacious cottage with living space across two floors - sleeps 4.
Entrance via a feature wrought iron staircase.
The Granary has a spacious open plan lounge, dining and modern kitchen area.
The kitchen includes a Neff cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, a compact dishwasher and dining table with brown leather chairs seating four.
A washer/ dryer is available under the stairs.
The light and airy sitting room has an extremely comfortable sofa with matching leather armchairs, a flat screen 37" TV with surround sound cinema system and CD/DVD player.

Two bedrooms including a spacious Master double and a twin (can also be made into a king size bed), both with pretty cream wardrobes, bedside units and chest of drawers.

Outside
Ample parking for cars and bikes is directly adjacent to the cottage and alongside our Equestrian Centre, the Estate also has a climbing frame, swing ball and trampoline for children.

Families are warmly welcomed with cots available if needed and all bedlinen, towels, electric, underfloor heating and fuel is included in the booking price.

Book Granary Cottage individually or together with our two other cottages - The Hayloft and The Stalls both sleeping two. On-site facilities include horse riding, free WiFi, private parking and children's play area with trampoline, climbing frame and swing ball. Welcome pack with delicious local Manx produce is available on arrival at no extra cost.
We also have a fourth cottage situated a short distance away - Sheerghlass - which can sleep up to four people. Contact us for further details.
Conference and event facilities are also available in a beautiful, two storey barn.
