With a wealth of walking with well marked local paths it is ideally placed for those wishing to explore the rugged coastline of North Wales, Snowdonia and the Cheshire countryside and further afield Denbighshire's countryside, Berwyn Mountains, Ceiriog Valley, Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Cheshire Plain. Enjoy many attractions such as the Cheshire ice cream factory, Chester Zoo, Chester races, Pen y Ffrith Bird Gardens, the walled City of Chester with its Roman remains, Snowdon Mountain Railway and Llanberis Electric Mountain. For great family days out, enjoy Surf Snowdonia or ZipWorld which are also within easy reach by car. Beautiful National Trust properties are also situated close by, including Erddig Hall, Chirk Castle, Plas Newydd, the outlet village and Christmas markets to name a few. Shropshire is also within a 1 hour drive. Pull up in front of the property and enter into the welcoming hallway with the kitchen to your left. This light and spacious room allows you to enjoy meals in together around the dining table, with plenty of space for cooking and socialising. The property owners will provide a warm welcome with afternoon tea on arrival. Further along the corridor you will find the lounge with open fireplace to warm you up in the evenings and comfortable seating. As well as a TV and DVD, there is also a selection of books and board games to keep the family entertained. There is a family bathroom just off the main corridor, with a bath, separate shower and WC, which is easily accessible from all bedrooms.
