Bringing bikes or hiring them locally is highly recommended as S42765 is located right next to the Camel Trail, which offers 18 miles of off road walking and cycling. You can cycle through the old market town of Wadebridge and on to Padstow and the Camel estuary one way or inland to The Snail Pace cafe found at Wenford Bridge on Bodmin Moor. S42765 provides a secure building for storing bikes and surfboards, etc.
The grounds also include a stretch of the River Camel that is accessible to guests who can fish on the private land of The Dairy (please note that a Rod Licence for fishing needs to be purchased).
Ideally located for exploring the whole of Cornwall being only a 10-15-minute drive from the A30.
