Anka Lodge

Anka Lodge is a light, bright and airy 3 bedroom wooden lodge in the grounds of the popular Killigarth Manor, Polperro. With plenty of outside space and access to the indoor swimming pool, bar and restaurant plus a whole host of other facilities, the lodge is a great location for a holiday. The coast and village of Polperro are just a short stroll away and a 10 minute drive takes you to Looe.

Accommodation: Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room with double doors leading out onto the decked area with outside furniture. Two seater red leather settee and armchair, 36"TV and DVD, music system with iPad docking station, dining table and 4 chairs alongside the kitchen area with washing machine, fridge, separate freezer, 4 ring gas hob and oven, microwave and toaster.

The owner provides complementary red and white wine, local Cornish Orchard soft drinks, tea, coffee, milk and jams plus a Sat Nav is assist in your travels, games and DVD's.

Master Bedroom: with double bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table and mirror and door to ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and hand basin. Window to the rear.

Rear Twin: with twin beds and built in wardrobe, window to the rear.

Front Twin: twin beds and built in wardrobe, window to the side.

Bathroom: bath with shower over, wc and hand basin.

Heating: the lodge has central heating throughout plus a log effect fire in the lounge for an extra boost.

Parking: allocated parking at the front of the lodge for one car. Plenty of parking for additional cars on site.

Bedding and Linen: all bed linen and towels provided.

Baby Equipment: none provided but room to bring you own.

Changeover Day: Saturday.

Shop and Pub: both are a short stroll through the grounds on site.

Notes: no smoking, short breaks allowed, arrival time 3pm, departure time 10am.
