With spacious rooms, two shower rooms and a patio at the front, this house is perfect for large families or groups of friends. And its location couldn’t be any better for those wanting to be near the centre of Porthleven with its great choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. On the ground floor, the lounge has amazing views of the harbour and the well-equipped kitchen has a large dining table and chairs. The second and third floors have all three bedrooms, the family bathroom and a separate shower room. The views from these floors are simply stunning. There is also an allocated parking space off road and just a short walk away from the house.
