Security deposit: A security deposit of £50 is required, we will contact you for payment 8 weeks before your holiday is due to start.
Important notes: No smoking. Please note that one of the double beds is only accessible from one side. Also, the neighbour has access to their property through the front garden.

A lovely, homely property with lots of extras with a welcome treat for the dog, and a basket of dog toys waiting. The garden was perfect with gates to keep our dog safe. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival with a call from the owner to say that the property had been cleaned, and was available earlier. A lovely welcoming tray, and all the basics available to make our stay stress free.
