This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.

We are delighted to be able to offer to the rental market, one of our latest award winning and innovative house designs – The Habitat House. The homeowners have worked closely with the architects to create a substantial and spacious home offering modern day kitchen, dining and living areas with home automation including a Home Cinema Room to provide a great family entertainment experience.

From double width windows for exceptional views across the lakes, wrap around decks with ambient lighting, to bespoke top of the range entertainment system which includes Sonos music system throughout and 4k TV’s across the house. The homeowners have take great great care over the internal and external furnishings in additional to high quality fixtures and fittings throughout.

The property comprises of five bedrooms, four of which have private balconies that benefit from views across the lakes, five bathrooms and one separate W/C spread across three floors. This property will comfortably accommodate ten adult guests and two further adult guests on a king sized sofa bed if required. There are two additional travel cots and two toddler beds available for which guests must bring their own linen. Spacious ground floor living, dining & kitchen opening onto the lakeside decking to provide alfresco dining.

Benefiting from south-facing views this property boasts an array of stylish and comfortable furniture that adds to the contemporary feel throughout the property.

GROUND FLOOR

Spacious open plan living with a fully fitted designer kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, warming draw, Nespresso machine and wine cooler. Dining to accommodate 12 guests.

Sliding doors opening to the home cinema room that benefits from a Samsung 65″ inch 4K Smart LED TV with 5.1 AV receiver which is connected to 5 high-performance in wall speakers to provide a great quality cinema surround sound experience.

There is also a separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer and an American-style fridge freezer, and a separate W/C accessed from the entrance hall.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor you will find the master super king ensuite bedroom with a 4k TV and private balcony. There are then two further king ensuite bedrooms with private balconies and a twin bedroom, which can be converted to a super king (through zip-lock mechanism), should guests require. This bedroom also has a 4k TV. All of the bedrooms have been fitted with a Sonos music system. You will also find a family bathroom fitted with a large bath on this floor along with ample storage throughout.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor is home to a king sized ensuite bedroom with a private balcony and 4k TV along with a Sonos music system. There is a large ensuite with double walk-in shower.

OUTSIDE

This property benefits from having a large plot that neighbours the nature corridor. The ground floor opens out onto a large decked area furnished with seating to accommodate 12, BBQ and outdoor heater all surrounded by a glass balustrade. Situated at the top of Mintey Lake you are in an ideal location to enjoy all the estate has to offer. Whether that be taking a relaxing dip in one of the spa’s heated pools or letting the children burn off some energy at the play park whilst the adults grab a coffee at Ballihoo.

ADDITIONAL

Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for guests. On-site canoe & bike hire, restaurant (seasonal). Towels and bed linen included, travel cot, toddler bed, stair gates, baby bath, booster seat and highchair provided, however guest must bring their own linen for the travel cot and toddler bed. This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit

Please be aware that we are still building on Minety Lake and that this property is in an area with construction ongoing near by. It is worth noting that the building site is closed on weekends. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any aspect of the building works.

Three allocated Parking Spaces on the driveway, additional cars must display a parking permit which we will provide you and use one of the overflow car parks.

As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
