Surrounding the superb, private 3-acre fishing lake are pegs which has been well stocked with carp, bream, barbel, tench, rudd, roach and perch with the largest fish caught so far being a 36lb and 27lb grass carp. This is a quiet, pieceful fishing retreat with each accommodation having outside furniture and fishing straight from their decking with Dragonfly, Ladybird, Lavender and Sunflower having their own private jetty’s. There is a storeroom for bait close to your accommodation, please do not keep any live bait in any of the accommodation. Some toiletries have also been provided in all properties.

Situated in between Boston and Skegness, away from the main road, it really is a great place to relax and unwind with the calming beauty of the lake. For any plane enthusiasts, there are the occasional Spitfire or Lancaster from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flying overhead. The rspb nature reserves in Frampton Marshes and Freiston shore which are ideal spots for walking and bird watchers. There is plenty to see and do in the area for days out with the traditional seaside resort of Skegness 16 miles away or head into Boston, just 6 miles to the south, and visit the Boston Stump or enjoy the many shops, tea rooms and restaurants.
