It’s a fantastic location, very close to town but nice and quiet at the back of the park. We very much enjoyed being able to refill the bird feeder from the bird food left in the kitchen, such a variety of birds. We found the cottage very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. We would love to stay again.

Nicely laid out cottage & warm cottage to. With the owners very responsive to matters raised.

The location is perfect for easy access to town or to the fells, and the cottage is clean, cosy and well-equipped. The only negative is that, due to significant price increases, we can't afford to return for a fourth year and will be staying elsewhere instead for our next break in the Lakes. It's a real shame as we have loved our holidays in Anne's Cottage and the children have many happy memories of their time there.
