Up to six guests, plus two very contented canines, are welcome at the three bedroom property, which has a cottage garden, with magnificent views. Enjoy your proximity to the independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs of Keswick, 0.5 miles away; spend time at the town s museums, swimming pool and cinema. Book a cruise out on Derwentwater, stopping off at Lingholm to see the garden that gave Beatrix Potter her creative inspiration, or hire your own rowing boat to soak up the scenery from the water. Visit the Castlerigg Stone Circle, approximately 300m from the cottage. There's a warm welcome as soon as you step into this light filled cottage. Wander into the dual aspect lounge, with its great picture window capturing the scenic views. Relax in here on the comfortable seating at the end of a busy day or spill out into the conservatory for a quiet moment to enjoy a cup of tea. Pull the doors open in here on warm summer days out. The kitchen is an airy, bright space with an electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the adjoining utility there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and sink. Finally on the ground floor is a shower room with WC. Make your way upstairs to find the bedrooms. The king size and double have views of Latrigg and Blencathra and the twin looks out on fields with sheep grazing. There is also a family bathroom, with bath with shower over, WC and handbasin. Enjoy unwinding in the fresh air of the Lake District in the private garden at the cottage. Light the BBQ or carry lunch and dinner outside on fine days. Take in the splendid views from the patio.
