The shores of Wastwater lie just 1.5 miles from your door. Wastwater is England s deepest lake so jump on in for a wild dip. Wasdale is also home to England s highest mountain, Scafell Pike, (7.5 miles). After adventurous days, treat yourself to a meal out at the local pub and have a drink or two before strolling home. Head inside via the back door where the large utility/boot room is a wonderful place to leave outerwear. It has a washing machine, tumble dryer and lots of handy things to help you store your belongings. Underfloor heating flows throughout the home which will help to dry your muddy boots. Next to the utility room is a handy wet room style shower room with WC so you can freshen up with ease on returning home. Creating the hub of the home is the open plan kitchen/lounge/diner.
