Arrival time is strictly between 4pm and 5pm. No late arrivals without prior arrangement with the park, if this is not completed and you arrive outside of standard check in hours there may not be a member of staff to meet you.
Please note pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the beds. Please also bring your own pet bedding.

The apartment was spacious and tidy, however there was some issues which could have been sorted, the toilet paper holder was covered in rust, the toilet brush and bin was covered in rust, the main bedroom had some damp and mould near the window with some of the wall paper coming away from the wall. I would also like to point out if you do book an apartment it can get very noisy from the neighbors upstairs.

Beautiful location, helpful staff, good accommodation. Bed was more comfortable than my own! Kitchen lacked some basics and shower was hit and miss. I would stay again if ever I go back to the lake district.

Lovely apartment, great open plan layout and bonus of a washing machine and parking pretty much right outside.
