Enjoy films on the Smart TV and settle down with the open fire in the living room, a great space to relax after a long day of exploring the Lake District, or take in views from the conservatory looking out to the terrace and beautiful garden. There is a double bedroom with a wardrobe to store your belongings, and the second twin bedroom with two single beds, boasting zip/link features on request, whilst the bathroom is complete with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin and there is an additional WC located in the hallway. Enjoy al fresco dining or a BBQ in the large garden of the property, surrounded by beautiful hills in the background. The Cedars is conveniently located a short walk away from Ambleside’s excellent pubs, restaurants and local shops. Explore everything the Lake District has to offer during your stay at The Cedars, including the charming villages of Grasmere, Rydal and Hawkshead are all less than 5 miles away. Bowness-on-Windermere is located a 15 minute drive away where you can fill your days with relaxing boat rides on the lake or on fun-filled tours of attractions such as The World of Beatrix Potter and Windermere Jetty Museum. If you are looking to explore the Lakes on foot, take advantage of amazing walks in the area, offering plenty of choices to suit all abilities of walkers and hikers.
