    The property was superficially clean but the toilets and the bath needed more attention. The windows were very dirty inside. I had to wipe the cupboard clean before I put my food in it. There was only parking for one car, as stated, but there wasn’t anywhere very suitable to park another one outside on the road. Previous guests had commented on the poor standard of cleaning. Rather tellingly, some pages had been cut out of the visitors’ book.

    We thought it was a very good apartment for the family, very spacious, secure and clean. Residents were friendly and didn't seem to mind our noisy children ! Really liked the provision of board games, good wi-fi, netflix and nintendo and multiple usb points for recharging i-pads etc. Very useful for keeping kids occupied on rainy days. Some electrical points need looking at though and some windows don't close properly. Lovely gardens which were well kept. Would recommend

    Property is ideal for families. Close to the beach (no main roads to cross) - 15minute walk down the dyke. Car Park for beach only 200yds from it & excellent kiosk. Handy for buses to Wells and Hunstanton. Well equipped kitchen and games and books for the children.
