Creek Hollow is a wonderful detached cottage ideal for families with kitchen/diner and spacious sitting room and a double bedroom and children's bunk room. The Cottage has been recently renovated and has an enclosed 'dog friendly' rear garden. Local beaches are just a ten minutes walk away with choice of North & South beaches, ideal for children and dogs!

There are three Pubs in the village all 'dog-friendly' and serve food. The West Norfolk is particularly popular on a Thursday evening when 'Steak night' is on offer!

Creek Hollow is owned by the same owners of neighbouring CottagesCheney Hollow (sleeping 6 +2 on sofa bed) and Badger's Den (sleeping 2). For larger groups of families or friends discounts may be available if more than one Cottage is required. Please contact the enquiries team for further details.

Accommodation

Entrance Hall/Utility:
With Coat and Boot storage, vaulted ceiling and washer/dryer, door to the kitchen.
Kitchen/Diner:
A lovely double aspect room with quarry tiled floor, Shaker style kitchen with wood effect worktops, plate rack, stainless steel sink with mixer tap and electric oven with grill and hob with extractor. Well equipped with crockery and glassware, there is a 70/30 fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and a table and chairs, seating four. A door leads through to the Sitting room.
Sitting Room:
A lovely bright triple aspect room with windows to both sides and French doors opening onto the patio and gardens. Ample seating with a two and three seater comfy leather sofas, feature fireplace with exposed brickwork and electric living flame fire. Wall mounted Apple TV, DVD player and Ipod docking station. There is a dresser unit with glassware and nest of tables. Stairs lead tot he first floor.
First floor:
Landing Area:
With built-in recessed wardrobe (also housing the iron and ironing board).
Family Bathroom:
Newly fitted suite comprising corner bath with side mixer taps and shower attachment and tongue and groove panelling to walls. There is a separate corner shower cubicle with electric shower and wash hand basin with miser taps, mirror and light. The ceiling has modern recessed lighting and there is a window to the side elevation.
Master Bedroom:
Another wonderfully bright double aspect room with views of the gardens. There is a double bed, chest of drawers with mirror and bedside tables with lamps.
Children's Bunk Room:
A fabulous and fun childrens bunk bed (not suitable for adults). Combined wardrobe/drawer storage unit and ottoman, also a range of children's toys, games and books.
Outside:
Rear Garden:
There is a large patio area with outdoor table, seating and umbrellas for those sunny days! Also a rotary washing line. steps lead up to a large raised lawn with shrubs, trees, flower borders and a summer house.
Please note: Younger children may need to be supervised if playing on the raised lawn.
Parking Area:
There is ample parking outside the Cottage for one or two cars. The Cottage is accessed via a shared driveway with neighbouring holiday Cottage 'Cheney Hollow' (also available for bookings).
