The property greets you with an off-road parking space before heading through the wooden gate with a charming "Kathy's Cottage" sign and stepping into the hallway where there is suitable space to leave coats and shoes. On your left there is a bathroom where you can soak in a bubble bath after a long day or freshen up under the shower. To your right there is the kitchen, in a traditional country style with everything you need to rustle up some of your favourite meals. There is also a handy washing machine. Moving through the property there is a charming living/dining room with a lovely feature fireplace, a glass dining table to gather with your loved ones and a Smart TV for those relaxing evenings. When it’s time to retire, climb up the open tread stairs to one of the two bedrooms; a double with a TV and a river view across to Kings Lynn, and a bright single room which is suitable for children or adults.
