There is an unfenced lake at the end of the garden, using the lake is not allowed, it is very dangerous.

Full central heating is included from 30th April - 1st October. From the 2nd October - 29th April there is a charge of £45 per week, £25 per short break for the heating.

The hot tub and sauna are charged at £70pw/ £50 per short break, and £70pw/£30 for short breaks respectively and are available all year round. Hot tub cannot be used after 11pm. Please don't forget to bring extra towels if you are using the hot tub.

Please call 1 week prior to arrange payment, along with the returnable £100 security deposit.

The Club house is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
