This beautifully stylish, spacious and imposing detached rural residence with adjoining annexe is set in large grounds behind gates, in a delightful location at the end of a private lane in the sought-after village of Stanhoe, with its pretty village church, flint and brick cottages, duck pond and award-winning gastro pub, The Duck Inn.

Tucked away quietly on the edge of the village, Westfield House is well located for enjoying a short break or longer stay close to the coast. This gorgeously grown-up property with quality fixtures and fittings throughout doesn't disappoint. From the moment you arrive you'll know immediately that you've made the right choice. The owners have gone to great lengths to create a luxurious and relaxing ambiance throughout, which makes for a very special place to holiday with the family or a group of friends. Being located so close to Burnham Market too, it is also well placed to make the most of all the best dining experiences in the area.

The house boasts a large and welcoming double height entrance hallway with beautiful oak staircase which leads to four fabulous and sumptuous bedrooms (two King size, one double and one twin), all beautifully styled with luxury linens, and two bathrooms (one en suite) on the first floor. On the ground floor you will simply adore the large sociable kitchen/dining room with vaulted ceiling and oak beams which is lovely and light whatever the time of year you visit and also provides stunning views out over the large garden. With an electric AGA, plus breakfast bar and large dining table you can look forward to lazy breakfasts reading the newspapers and intimate suppers. Although this room allows plenty of space to relax, there is also a large sitting room with wood burning stove to cosy around when the temperature drops and you want to spend more time inside. With a Smart TV and Sky there's no need to go out if you don't want to. The sitting room also has french doors which lead onto the terrace which is furnished with garden furniture and tables and chairs, which is great to take advantage of on sunnier and warmer days. For those who unfortunately have to check into the office whilst away, there is also a study where you can reconnect with the outside world, or equally it can be used as a quiet reading room. There is also a practical utility room where you can hang coats and leave boots after a day exploring the area.

In addition to the four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main part of the house, Westfield House also boasts a luxury self-contained one bedroom annexe, perfect for those who want more privacy or single level accommodation. Accessed via its own front door or seamlessly via a lockable door from the main living room, this stunning annexe offers further space to relax in. With a stylish bedroom with double bed dressed in luxury linens, luxury shower room and large and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a fabulous log burner and doors to its own private garden, it has to be the icing on the cake. To the rear of the main house and annexe there is a large garden which is laid to lawn with terraces outside the kitchen/dining room and sitting room. With lovely open rural views over meadows to the rear, both the front and rear gardens offer lots of privacy. And with a private sweeping driveway located behind gates, there is plenty of parking for guests too.
