About this property

This comfortable detached bungalow is situated in the small Norfolk village of Gayton, just seven miles from the historic town of King’s Lynn. Well placed for exploring the North Norfolk coast, this bungalow provides excellent accommodation for friends and family alike. The property has a cosy sitting room with large TV and electric fire, the ideal space to enjoy a family film to round off your day. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances needed to whip up a delicious feast, which can be enjoyed on the dining table. This Bungalow has four well-presented bedrooms, two with single beds and the other two with doubles. There is also a conservatory area with seating, a quiet spot to break away from the others and indulge in a good book. The enclosed rear garden is the perfect place for contemplating how you might spend the day, or to just relax with a glass of something cool in hand as the children play in safety. A short walk will bring you to the village pub and shops, whilst the historic market town of King’s Lynn, just a short drive away, offers plenty of amenities with its wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs, set along the cobbled streets. Also within easy reach of this bungalow is the splendid Sandringham Estate, just six miles away, Castle Acre and the National Trust manor house at Oxburgh Hall. Cyclists can take advantage of the picturesque Norfolk Coast cycle way, or perhaps spend a day beside the sea at the popular coastal resort of Hunstanton, or one of the many other Norfolk coastal towns including Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham. Norfolk is also home to an abundance of natural wildlife, particularly the RSPB reserves near the coast. This lovely bungalow is a delightful base for an enjoyable Norfolk break.

Gayton is a small village situated in the west of Norfolk and is surrounded by lush, open countryside while being not far from the coast. The village offers two shops, a fish and chip shop and a pub, and has a historic windmill. Seven miles to the east is the popular market town of King's Lynn, which still retains much charm of its original function as a medieval port.
