This wonderful country house is situated on the southern end of Cley-next-the-Sea, a charming village famous for its salt marshes and nature reserve with fantastic bird-watching opportunities. The village has some excellent amenities, including pubs, deli, book shop, smokehouse, pottery and landmark windmill. You can pick up the coastal path from the village or catch the Coasthopper bus service and take a ride to the other lovely villages along the coast. Head to Blakeney or Morston (less than 3 miles away) and book a boat trip to see England’s largest grey seal colony at Blakeney Point. Visit beautiful Wells-next-the-Sea (9 miles) for glorious walks through the pine forest down onto the white sandy beach decorated with colourful beach huts, or sample traditional fish and chips on the front. The beautiful Georgian market town of Holt (3 miles) is a popular shopping destination with its antique shops, boutiques and art galleries.

The snug adjoins where guests can escape for some quiet reading or younger members of the group can play games and watch their favourite series on the Smart TV. There is another set of patio doors which lead out onto the patio area at the side of the property. The larger sitting room offers a welcoming space to gather and cosy around the wood burner in the cooler months or in the warmer months open the patio doors and let the fresh air flood in. A cloakroom completes this floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Head on up to the first floor where you’ll find four tastefully furnished bedrooms, each individually styled and boasting quality, low allergy mattresses and bedding to ensure a good night’s rest.
