Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Gas underfloor central heating, gas, electricity and bed linen included. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking.. Centrally located in the popular town of Cromer within walking distance of promenade, pier, sandy beach and town centre. This well appointed terraced house provides an excellent all year round holiday base. Cromer carnival week is held the third week of August. Sheringham, 5 miles, for Splash Aqua Park and the North Norfolk Steam Railway. Felbrigg and Blickling (National Trust) stately homes within 20 minutes drive. Visit Blakeney for boat trips to see seal colonies and Blakeney Point (National Trust) nature reserve. Norwich and Norfolk Broads are within an hours drive. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
