Just a short walk from Overstrand’s beach and 2 miles from Cromer, this property is a great base for a seaside holiday in Norfolk.. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With 32" Freeview Smart TV, Blu-ray player and DVD player.
Kitchen: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tiled floor.
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Small enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Set in the sought after village of Overstrand, known for its wide sandy beach, and offering off road parking, this terraced house is a great choice for those seeking modern, stylish accommodation in a pretty coastal village. Overstrand itself offers great places to eat and drink, but you must also make time to head to Cromer, which is just under 2 miles away. Here you will find a lovely beach, an Edwardian seafront, the famous pier with its end of pier shows, a zoo, museum, cinema, seaside amusements and lots of great places to eat and shop in. In fact, head east or west from the cottage and you will find a string of pretty coastal villages and towns offering sandy and shingle beaches, marshes, quays and sand dunes.
Just over half an hour away, the Norfolk Broads are a ’must do’ too. Here you can join an organised tour or even charter your own day launch and watch the world drift by on these celebrated waterways. Add in great walks, cycle routes and opportunities for wildlife watching, along with National Trust properties and stately homes, and you will soon see why this part of the Norfolk coastline is so popular. And, you’re sure to return to Tideway Cottage too. Beach 0.3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 350 yards.
