Modern, open-plan living doesn't get much better than this; the ground floor has underfloor heating throughout and its well-equipped kitchen opens out into the dining area and sunny, spacious sitting room which spills onto the enclosed courtyard via french doors. The first floor has three bedrooms (two with king-size beds - one of which is a zip and link and can be set up as two 2'6" singles on request - and one twin with 3' single beds), an en-suite shower room and family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
Perfect for a morning coffee and alfresco dining, the courtyard is a comfortable and quiet outdoor space in which to while away the afternoon as you fire up the barbecue and the sun goes down.
1 Railway Cottages is ideally situated for guests to enjoy a holiday in a lovely location for a short, mid-week stay or longer break. Spoilt for choice with fabulous eateries and places to visit, both in Holt and the next door villages, this bolthole is a great base from which to explore North Norfolk.

Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Perfectly located in Holt with its independent shops, yet so close to the coast. Lots of place to visit, particularly outdoors.

Well equipped, comfortable base located in a quiet area just off the centre of this quaint Georgian market town, which looked lovely with all the festive lights. A great base for exploring this part of Norfolk and close to the coast.
