Owl Barn is situated close to Sculthorpe village at The Grange, a contemporary development of farm buildings on an eight acre site with a secure gated entrance. It is completely surrounded by open countryside. The barn provides comfortable and stylish accommodation with a spectacular vaulted living area on the first floor, and ground floor bedrooms.

The quiet village of Sculthorpe lies just 2 miles west of the historic Norfolk market town of Fakenham, with all its local amenities, racecourse and quaint cinema.
Sculthorpe Mill, just a half mile walk, is a charming 18th century Inn set on the banks of the River Wensum, offering good food and a cosy bar.
The rspb's Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, host to BBC's Spring Watch series, is close by with superb gardens and bird life.
The Norfolk coast lies 10 miles north with the extensive sandy beach of Wells where you will find picturesque beach huts, dunes and cafe.
A short drive away you will discover The Holkham Estate, beach and the bustling market town of Burnham Market.
For the sports enthusiasts there are many popular coastal villages in the surrounding areas offering seal and wildlife spotting trips or opportunities for windsurfing, kayaking and sailing.
If you are fancy taking in a little more of the surrounding countryside, you are able to hire bicycles locally and enjoy the excellent cycle paths and quiet roads.
Some recommended places to visit and admire in the surrounding areas are Holkham Hall, Blickling Hall or Houghton Hall in the summer months only. Or, if the sun is shining, go and admire the stunning gardens at Walsingham Abbey Grounds, Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park or the Queen’s country retreat, Sandringham, where you can explore the house and the grounds with a guided tour through the summer months.
