A very pretty mid terrace cottage that is bursting with charm and beautifully decorated in a vintage country style. Set in a peaceful location with fabulous open countryside views and close to the coast, First & Last is a winner at any time of the year.
Everything about this cottage says 'comfortable and cosy' and just feels 'oh so relaxing' as soon as you walk in the door. The sitting room is as pretty as a picture and the well-equipped galley kitchen has a dining conservatory extension that leads into the sunny enclosed courtyard garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (a king-size and a full-size bunk room), a bathroom and a second sitting room, that rather takes you by surprise with its full size picture windows to make the most of the wonderful far reaching views across open countryside at the back of the cottage. This is a lovely place to sit and read, look through a pair of binoculars, or watch the sun go down with a glass of wine when the children are in bed.
First & Last is a perfect combination of a coastal retreat with a rural feel which will be enjoyed by small families, couples and friends, both in summer and winter. If you are not familiar with this part of Norfolk, give it a try, you will love it! Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome at the cottage. The local beaches are dog friendly all year, and the popular beach cafe at nearby Overstrand is well worth a visit with easy access to the beach there.

Cosy, comfy cottage, lovely views from garden, perfect for our relaxing holiday. Great location, walked miles along the coast and we were lucky with the October heatwave week! Dog’s ally settled here. Wonderful week – thank you.

From reading room: Starling, Common Gull, Pied Wagtail, Partridge, Pheasant, Jackdaw, Wood Pigeon, Buzzard, Hare, Crow, Linnet, Lesser Black Backed Gull, Blackbird, Magpie, Chaffinch, Goldfinch, Great Tit. We has good weather and visited Felbrigg Hall twice, Beeston Regis Heath, Cromer, Overstrand and Mundesley beaches. Enjoyable stay!

Cosy cottage - love the '' reading room''. Can recommend The Foundry & Vernon Arms (North Southrepps). Favourite walk from village hall along to Overstrand.
