The property has been tastefully furnished to provide comfort and relaxation all year round with underfloor heating, Sky Q entertainment package and a wood burning stove. There is a fully enclosed, secure courtyard garden with barbecue, garden furniture and ample private parking. A picnic basket and blanket have been thoughtfully provided to make full use of this picturesque spot and a secure bicycle shed allows you to bring your bikes along and explore on two wheels.
The village of Trunch with its local pub The Crown is within walking distance, which serves real ale and food along with newspapers and other essential supplies. Waitrose, Sainsbury and Lidl stores are to be found just ten minutes by car in North Walsham. Concerts are held regularly, during the summer season in St Botolph's Church in Trunch.
