The large rear garden is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the many friendly villages and castles scattered along the heritage coast. Day trips to the whole of the county are easy from this central location, only 8 miles to Alnwick where you can visit the famous castle used in Harry Potter. Bamburgh, Holy Island, Seahouses and Newton-by-the-Sea are all easily reached from here. Take a boat trip from Seahouses to see the puffins or venture over the causeway to Holy Island, an unspoilt beautiful experience. Head west to the beautiful tranquil Northumberland National Park, famous for the dark skies or head to Hadrian’s Wall country and visit the Roman museums. Northumberland, reputedly the friendliest county, has something for everyone of all ages and visitors return time and again, once they have experienced this beautiful county. Beach 1½ miles. Shop 50 yards, pub 200 yards and restaurant 1½ miles.

Owner has stated: I am not sure if building work is not going to commence soon . The building work is next door to our house. I am not sure about building work I should assume 6 months but it has been an issue for five years and never seems to happen but there is activity on the land at the moment
