On entering this spacious and airy cottage, the dual-aspect open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides a fantastic space for you to unwind in. The delightful lounge has plenty of seating and a Smart TV so you can settle back with a good book or movie. You can enjoy a romantic meal for two around the central dining table, and the stylishly designed and fully equipped kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Hexham (2.5 miles) is known for its historic abbey and its popular racecourse, and has a range of great places to eat and drink. The town is a fantastic base for following the route of Hadrian’s Wall, with nearby attractions including Corbridge Roman Town, Vindolanda, the Temple of Mithras and Housesteads Roman Fort (all within 15 miles). The cottage is also close to the North Pennines (3.5 miles) and Northumberland National Park (10 miles).
