A beautiful river a stone throw away. Located in the heart of Kirkby Stephen. Very stylish and modern inside. The service from Katie is second to none. Will be returning, absolutely no doubt.

All our clothes smelled damp on our return home. We felt the kitchen was sparsely equipped.....there were 3 teaspoons & the non stick pans were very badly damaged. There were only spotlights in the sitting room so every evening we had to bring the bedside lamps down. The position of the cottage is great & it is a really nice wee town but we were disappointed with the cottage.
