The pretty seaside town of Arnside is 2 miles away and Arnside Knott, also 2 miles, offers uninterrupted views of the Kent Estuary and Morecambe Bay. From your doorstep, you can walk to Leighton Moss rspb reserve (2 miles). Alternatively, take the train from Arnside to the Edwardian town of Grange over Sands and try one of the tearooms. The edge of Lake Windermere at Newby Bridge is a 16.5 miles away. This property is the perfect place to get away and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Through the front door, arrive at the wonderful modern lounge/kitchen/diner which is the hub of the house and offers a traditional Lakeland feel.
