If I had to criticise, all I would mention would be either a larger cafetiere or a coffee maker of some sort...but this is being really picky. The owners are very accessable and helpful and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. There are some lovely local walks and a very friendly CAMRA put across the road, who also do food. Just to note in case anyone is concerned, there was no noise or disruption from the pub. We had lovely peaceful nights sleep, and that was with the window slightly open. Thanks again!

It had everything that we needed. It was immaculately clean, sofas and beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. The property was warm, plenty of hot water and a washing machine. (We stayed there in a particularly wet and chilly week in August). The landlady was very friendly and talked us through the essentials of our stay. Plenty of local walks and an award winning pub across the road!

We enjoyed the lovely garden. Friendly neighbours. The house was lovely and cool during the very hot weather.
