Damson Cottage (ref UK34659) is newly built in 2021, accommodating up to 8 guests. The main living space is open plan, ideal for enjoying time with friends and family. There are four double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite as well as two additional family shower rooms. Snuggle up by the electric wood burner on a rainy day and binge your favourite series on the Smart TV. Outside, the private garden has a lovely seating area ideal for al fresco dining and a luxurious hot tub where guests can relax after a busy day exploring.

Head to the nearby market town of Poulton-Le-Fylde, 5 miles, where you can mooch around the shops or enjoy dinner and drinks at one of the many bars, restaurants and cafés. If you fancy a day by the beach, Rossall Beach at Thornton Cleveleys and Fleetwood beach are both brilliant sandy bays perfect for catching some sun by the waters edge or strolling along the shore. Vibrant Blackpool is just 8 miles away the many attractions include the tower, Blackpool Zoo, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre and Madame Tussauds. Lytham is also close by, offering five championship golf courses and events such as the famous Lytham Proms and Kite Festival held throughout the year. Inland, the Ribble Valley with its pretty villages, excellent walks and abundance of country pubs can be reached within an hour’s drive, as is the Forest of Bowland, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks are also accessible and can be reached in under an hour. The city of Lancaster is just 13 miles away with an array of attractions including the castle, museum, Tropical Butterfly House, Dukes Theatre and Williamson Park.
