A lovely, small location with just seven Scandinavian log cabins set in 10 acres of pasture, woodland and orchards that carry stunning views of the surrounding countryside and Glastonbury Tor. An ideal location for those who want to experience the peace and quiet the countryside has to offer, with your own outdoor space to enjoy and for the children to play. All lodges are south facing and come equipped with verandahs on which to relax.
Ideally located to explore the major attractions of Somerset which include the beautiful small city of Wells, Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole, Longleat House and Safari Park, Glastonbury Abbey, Glastonbury Tor and Bath, are all within easy driving distance.
A popular destination for those wishing to explore the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Security Deposit
For all group bookings/single sex parties/groups under 25 that are accepted, a £75 damage deposit is required on arrival which is to be paid by cash only.
Group Bookings/Party Types
Due to the nature of this location, this site does not allow work parties or commercial vehicles onsite. If you do not fall into a family/couple party type, please call us to make your booking.
Arrival Information
Please note if you are booking a two night break from a Friday, visitors can have a late departure of 2pm on the Sunday.

Overall, a really good base to explore Somerset and the surrounding area. Lodge comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely return.

Beautiful, quiet location just a short drive to shops/restaurants. Lodges were well spaced apart and all had lovely view. Bathroom in lodge (no.5) could do with updating and a few more lamps in living area would have been good. Kitchen had all the basic utensils although the fridge was very small given we were a family of 4 staying for a week. Overall, a very good find and we enjoyed our stay.
