Newtimber Holiday Cottages are located in the grounds of Newtimber Place, a 17C moated house 8 miles north of Brighton. The cottages are fully equiped with their own microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, FreeviewTV, DVD and wireless internet connection. All bedlinen, towels, electricity and heating are included.
Orchard Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. It has its own secure garden and is surrounded by a wall planted with fruit trees. Two of the bathrooms and ensuite whilst the twin has an adjacent shower room (not ensuite)
Moatside Cottages each sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms. They share a garden which has a wonderful view overlooking the moat. All the bath/shower rooms in 1 Moatside are ensuite, 2 Moatside has one bathroom and one separate WC in the utility room. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room (without a WC)
Hot Water and underfloor heating is powered by a heat pump.

Orchard Cottage within the former walled garden sleeps 6, and 1 & 2 Moatside Cottages, overlooking the moat, each sleep 4. All bedding, towels etc included.
