Was the best equipped house I have ever stayed in. Owners has provided everything we needed. It was nice to feel trusted with a decent amount of loo rolls, dishwasher tablets and so on. Usually given the bare minimum and have to buy our own. As mentioned by another guest, bath sheets would be welcomed, or make clear in the description that they are bath towel size. Owners were lovely to deal with and I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

This is the second time we have stayed. Location is fantastic and the property is perfect for a cosy seaside getaway. Only suggestion would be to have some parking permits for additional cars as could only fit one on the drive and parking restrictions are quite heavy in the surrounding streets.

There was no 'welcome pack' with all necessary information for ourstay (general info about the property, the area, shopping, medical info etc.) There were notes all over the property explaining how the heating and the oven worked etc. However, having this in one place would be our recommendation. The messageboard above the fridge is not very easy to read, with all the notes being very high up. Most properties we stay at also have a clear email with instructions for key collection etc. I would advice doing this instead of having each visitor call you before their stay. Having to write down all the details and hoping you have remembered everything correctly isn't a very relaxing start of the holiday - if you do insist on a phone call I would suggest to send all the details again in writing just to make sure. Other than that we had a loverly stay, despite it being cut short by almost 2 days thanks to transport issues. The property is very well located, in walking distance of the station/shops, seaside etc.
