The much loved seaside town of Eastbourne is 4 miles away with Hastings, Rye and Brighton a little further afield. The cottage is within a short stroll of a lovely tea room for afternoon treats and the local inn for eating out. Shops 2¼ miles and pub 545 yards.. There is a step to the entrance of this property. Couples and Family bookings only. No children under 5 years old. There is a pond in the grounds. This property is considered unsuitable for the less mobile. Up to one dog only. The woodburner in the cottage is for purely decorative purposes. There is a £100 security deposit between christmas and new year which is payable by cheque 2 to 3 weeks prior to your holiday and returned 1 to 2 weeks after departure.
