Lovingly renovated to a high standard in 2021, no expense has been spared on the fittings, fixtures and furnishings of this barn conversion. Perfect at any time of year for a family or friendship group, but extra special in bluebell season as it is sitting on the edge of the fairytale magic of a bluebell wood.
The living area is large and comfortably furnished with a Smart TV, a wood-burning stove and a rustic dining table. Before you get into the living area there’s a handy cloakroom for untangling from your boots and coats after your countryside excursions. The kitchen is separate and all new; high-spec and fully fitted for preparing a feast for the family. There’s a utility room too with separate washer and dryer, and its own separate access to the garden, always handy for getting those clothes back to normal after those muddy hikes or bike rides.
The cottage is on the edge of the historic Longwood Estate with walks directly from the property. You’re surrounded on all sides by the UK’s newest National Park, The South Downs, with its charming villages, historic sites, and a lifetime’s worth of trails. The ancient city of Winchester is only a ten-minute drive away, with its cathedral, college, and loads of lovely restaurants, pubs and shops.. Ground Floor
