Three storey waterside property offering contemporary style accommodation for up to seven guests, enjoying a fantastic position on Bembridge Harbour, a five minute walk from the seaside village of St Helens.

This property enjoys a fantastic position right on the waterfront at Bembridge Harbour, where the estuary links to the two seaside villages of St Helens and Bembridge. St Helens is an attractive village characterised by its village greens and offering a pub, restaurant, and handy village shop. The village beach is managed by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife as well as being a popular starting point for coastal walks. The neighbouring village of Bembridge, meanwhile, has an array of independent food shops, takeaways, a beach front restaurant, and an interesting museum in the village lifeboat station. Entering this property on the ground floor, guests will pass a utility room where the washing machine and tumble dryer are housed, before taking the stairs to the main living area which is situated on the first floor. The lounge/diner is a wonderfully light filled space which offers views across the harbour and the neighbouring nature reserve from the two balconies which are situated at either end of the space. If guests are able to tear their eyes from the view, there is also a TV/DVD, allowing guests to settle down and enjoy a film in the evenings. The kitchen is also located on this floor and is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, making it easy for guests to prepare all their favourite dishes which they may wish to enjoy on one of the balconies. Taking the stairs to the second floor, guests will find three bedrooms. The first of these is the king size master bedroom which boasts harbour views, a delightful sight to wake up to. There are also two twin rooms on this floor, as well as a bathroom offering a shower over bath and WC, whilst there is also a wet room with shower and WC on the first floor. Outside, there is a waterside garden to the rear of the property which gives direct access to the harbourside, and with its garden furniture and BBQ provides guests with the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining or drinks. Please note that this garden is not enclosed and is open to the water, therefore children must be carefully supervised at all times. Bikes can be stored in the garage on the ground floor of the property and there is parking available for two cars on the driveway. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size and 2 twins.
