Just a short walk from this lovely property is the delightful small coastal village of Bonchurch. Also within walking distance is the popular traditional seaside resort of Ventnor, where you can enjoy a stroll along the promenade and down to the glorious beach. Fishermen sell fresh crab, lobster and a variety of other fish here, and there s a choice of restaurants and pubs with lovely views across the bay. You can take the pretty coastal path and head westwards to Steephill Cove and the Ventnor Botanic Garden or eastwards to the resort of Shanklin, with Sandown also nearby. It is also possible to walk up to St Boniface Down from the villa and admire the wonderful views across the island. On entering this fantastic property you will find yourself in the tastefully furnished lounge, with comfy seating, an open fire, and French doors which open on to the front terrace with views across the garden. Exploring further you will find a second lounge with comfortable furnishings, TV/DVD.
