About these Holiday Cottages

The West Bay Country Club and Spa is situated in a beautiful location on the Isle of Wight, close to the town of Yarmouth and ferry links to Lymington. Our two bedroom properties boast plenty of space for families or provide a quality retreat for couples planning an extra special break. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Country Club facilities and a range of pampering relaxation treatments can be booked at the Spa. We also offer great facilities for children and there are scenic beaches and coastal walks to experience in the surrounding area. 

Our Properties

Cape

Ideal for families, our Cape range offer single-storey accommodation with two bedrooms, spacious open plan living areas and furnished decks. In each property, the double and twin bedrooms share use of a modern bathroom with shower and the accommodation is completed by a well equipped kitchen.

Delaware

Oue Delaware collection is set just across from the Country Club facilities and offer an open plan living area overlooking their deck, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower on the first floor. These two storey cottages are perfect for families with children of all ages and sleep up to four people.

Maltings

The Maltings are a contemporary choice of two storey cottages with some properties overlooking the tennis courts and children's play area. The open plan living space offers plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and each property also has a furnished patio/ deck or enclosed garden.

Munday

Furnished to a high standard throughout, Munday offers views over the tennis courts and has a raised patio garden to the front along. The double bedroom has doors out onto the patio and there is also a twin bedroom, Freeview TV and modern kitchen.

Pierpont

Our Pierpont cottages are tucked away in a quiet corner of West Bay and offer single storey accommodation with a French doors out into the gardens. The two bedrooms share use of a modern bathroom with shower and the living space is open plan with plenty of seating for all.

Plimoth

The Plimoth collection of cottages sit in the heart of West Bay and offer quality, single storey accommodation for up to four people. Relax on your own furnished deck or in the stylish open plan living accommodation. The Country Club facilities can also be found closeby.

Vermont

The Vermont cottages boast lovely views over the communal green and these two storey holiday homes are perfect for family breaks. The accommodation includes a well equipped kitchen, open plan living area and attractive furnished deck.

Things to note

The rental charge includes bed linen, Wi-Fi and a kitchen starter pack of essentials including tea-towels, sponge and cloth. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Country Club swimming pool with towels provided. 

Include your return ferry trip with your booking and we guarantee this will be the best price available for your selected date and route. Just contact us if you find a lower price and we'll refund the difference. 

Availability

Short breaks of three nights or more may be available. Please note that with the exception of assistance dogs, we do not accept pets. 

We only accept group bookings from guests over the age of 21 years old and we do not accept stag/ hen parties.
