Richmond 1 is one of a choice of luxurious properties available and this four bedroom home is particularly suitable for larger families or groups. The beautiful living area has a wood burner stove, comfortable corner suite, extra two seater sofa and doors leading out into the garden. The stylish dining area can seat ten and modern self catering facilities in the kitchen include a range cooker, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of other self catering amenities. An additional living area has Freeview TV, a DVD player and over 200 DVDs to choose from.

Things to note

The rental charge includes bed linen, Wi-Fi and a kitchen starter pack of essentials including tea-towels, sponge and cloth. Children are welcome and a cot, high chair and stairgate can be hired. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Country Club swimming pool with towels provided. 

Include your return ferry trip with your booking and we guarantee this will be the best price available for your selected date and route. Just contact us if you find a lower price and we'll refund the difference. 

Availability

Short breaks of three nights or more may be available. Please note that with the exception of assistance dogs, we do not accept pets. 

We only accept group bookings from guests over the age of 21 years old and we do not accept stag/ hen parties. 

Please bring kindling for the wood burner if you wish to use it.
