This stunning pocket of the Kent countryside is home to many quaint villages and market towns such as Tenterden and Cranbrook where independent cafes, restaurants and antiques shops can be found. The village of Smarden boasts a wonderful village art gallery, shop, local butchers and two traditional pubs, perfect for enjoying a spot of refreshment after one of the many local walks on offer that can be reached directly from the rear of the cottage. Enter the cottage into a small hallway where there is space to leave your boots and coats before continuing through to the light and airy lounge/diner. With two comfy sofas, an armchair and a Smart TV, this is the perfect place to curl up and watch a good film after enjoying a family meal at the dining table which can accommodate six guests.
