Readers Retreat is a spacious open plan ground floor wing of a lovely rural Kent farmhouse, set in extensive grounds and surrounded by lovely countryside. The property sleeps 2, offering a super king-size bed which can be split into twin beds if required. The property has been comfortably furnished and offers stylish relaxing interiors and wonderful external views. There is a local farm shop and cafe 1 mile along the road and also a country pub. Tenterden is 2 miles away and offers a wide range of shopping, 2 supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and pubs. There are many National Trust properties locally and vineyards offering tours and tastings. Tenterden is the home to the Kent and East Sussex Railway and there are fishing lakes and golf course within an easy drive. Rye and the Romney Marsh are on your doorstep, making it a perfect property for relaxing in or exploring the surrounding countryside and coastline.
