Trinity Cottage (UK37452), Teal Cottage (UK37453), Magdalen Cottage (UK37454), Waterperry Cottage (UK37455) and Blenheim Cottage (UK37456) are located at the end of the quiet and pretty rural village of Noke, just a stone’s throw from the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just 5 miles from the historic university city of Oxford. This is the perfect getaway for families, friends, work related stays and visiting people in the local area, as there is something for everyone. The cottages are neighboured by Otmoor, the 1000-acre rspb Reserve and the on-site owners have a small menagerie of their own including pigs, free range hens and their pet dogs and cats.

There are many beautiful country walks from the doorstep and Noke village is also lucky enough to boast a wonderful adventure playground on the Noke playing field which is just a short stroll from the cottages. The shared facilities include a 6-seater hot tub, outdoor heated swimming pool and pool house (open April-October), a stunning courtyard walled garden with a children’s Wendy house and a barbecue area, table tennis in the summer months and a small but well stocked farm shop.

All five properties enjoy character from their original use as farm buildings which have been converted to comfortable accommodation with all the modern essentials. They all boast ultrafast Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s and the car parking area has 2 Tesla charging points and 1 electric vehicle charger. The area is full of day trips, sightseeing and activities for all including Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, historic Oxford where you can enjoy punting on the river, admiring the spires and historic university buildings, shopping at Westfields and sampling an array of different eateries, Bicester for its huge designer shopping outlet village and the Cotswolds with its many beautiful country lanes and quintessential villages.
