Situated on the Kingham Lodge Estate, Lodge Cottage benefits from access to a heated swimming pool, 5 acres of gardens and more.
Lodge Cottage is a quintessentially Cotswolds cottage, with aspects of which date back over 300 years, and boasting traditional character features throughout whilst also benefitting from modern amenities.
The open-plan ground floor with its warm oak flooring and open-fire gives a cosy home-from-home feel, whilst also providing ample comfortable seating. French doors from the sitting room lead to the peaceful cottage garden with a swing, garden table and chairs. The fully-fitted and well-equipped kitchen opens out into the south facing conservatory with table and chairs to allow you to enjoy a breakfast or tea in comfortable surroundings whatever the time of year.
Lodge Cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms; bedroom one features a traditional king-size four-poster bed and its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be configured either as twin bedrooms or zipped together as a super-king, giving great flexibility and has use of the family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Guests staying at Lodge Cottage benefit from all that Kingham Cottages has to offer, including use of the indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts and 5 acres of gardens. The village of Kingham is home to two highly regarded pubs, servings great food, as well as a traditional village pub and endless walks. A short drive away is the historic town of Stow-on-the-Wold boasting a huge array of independent shops, cafes and eateries.
