Walkers and cyclists will be in their element with nearby access to the National Cycle Network, with many off road trails and quiet country lanes to explore, and the well known and loved Saints Way and Wilderness Trail that meander across the moor and countryside. Only 5 miles away, Lostwithiel boasts antique shops, quality restaurants, bistros and tea shops, meaning there is much to see and do in the immediate area. Other destinations well worth a visit include, The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, numerous National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock House and the quaint fishing villages of Fowey, Polperro and Mevagissey. There is a separate utility room situated next door to the entrance of the property and accessed via outside with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
