Nestled on the outskirts of a beautiful 50 acre Cornish farm complex overlooking Bude, this cottage is ideally placed for touring the Cornwall/Devon border. Bude is 2 miles away and has a plethora of independent shops and eateries as well as three sandy beaches. From Bude, you can enjoy rambles along the South West Coast Path whilst taking in the magnificent views. Head to the historic villages of Tintagel and Boscastle, both have unique histories of witchcraft and old legends (within 20 miles). Head further down Cornwall to Padstow (36 miles) and visit other pretty Cornish villages along the way and sample some of the finest fish and chips. There are numerous family fun attractions within a 30 mile radius, including both The Milky Way and Big Sheep adventure parks. Upon entering this coastal retreat, you will soon notice the light and stylish interiors throughout. The lounge is designed with comfort in mind with two cushy sofas, and two additional armchairs where you can sit, relax and enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. Guests can also feel the warmth of the electric wood burner effect fire on those chillier nights. Making your way through the glass doors into the open plan kitchen/diner, you have everything you need for a relaxing, stress free stay, especially when combined with the extra utility room too. The dining table here seats all guests comfortably and you can even open up the French doors onto the outdoor seating area, giving you an option of where to wine, dine and share memories of the holiday. There are four bedrooms to choose from, 1 king size bed, 1 double bed, a twin room and a single room too. The master bedroom has its own en suite, and finally, there is a family bathroom downstairs. Stepping outside through the French doors brings you to your own enclosed garden space, complete with lawned areas to the front and back, comfortable outdoor seating for a spot of al fresco dining, sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ.
