About this property
Lovely ground floor, centrally-located apartment ideal for a couple and just a very short walk to the beautiful harbourside. Walking distance to Readymoney Cove and your dog is welcome too!
This apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque waterside town of Fowey and in 2023 underwent a stylish refurbishment, resulting in a modern and elegant home that still retains the character of this iconic building. Step outside and discover a diverse range of both casual and formal dining options. Sit by the harbour and watch the maritime activity while enjoying a light lunch or indulge in fine dining at one of the excellent restaurants. The area also boasts a fabulous selection of independent shops and boutiques that are well worth exploring. Just half a mile away is the sheltered Readymoney Cove, from where you can join the coast path and enjoy stunning views on your way to Gribben Head. For a delightful day out, hire a kayak or paddleboard and explore the tidal creeks upriver while stopping off for a picnic on the way.
As soon as you step into this contemporary and tastefully decorated hidden gem, you’ll feel right at home. The colour palette and features used throughout create a soothing ambience.
