About this property
This beautifully restored listed barn offers extremely spacious accommodation set in an idyllic location in the extensive and stunning grouds of the 18th century Trewinnard Manor. Situated in the perfect touring location 3 miles from the popular small beachside town of Marazion and the iconic St Michael's Mount ,The Granary provides all you will need for a wonderful holiday in the far south west of Cornwall. Designed in an 'upside down' style the two bedrooms, a double with an unusual feature window and an L shaped twin are both on the ground floor along with the bathroom. On the first floor the large living room with vaulted ceilings adding to the character offers ample space for all, in fact the dining table can comfortably seat 8, ideal if you have friends round for dinner. From the Granary the shared games room, ideal for the children, is very close whilst it is only two minutes walk to the beautifully walled outdoor swimming pool, pool house and adjoining lawned area, the perfect spot for a picnic.. A wonderful cottage in an outstanding location with excellent facilities. Note: This property can be booked with Refs 958845, 958847, 958848, 958844 and 96143, together they sleep 22.
Marazion is the gateway to the enchanting castle and island fortress of St Michael's Mount. The ideal location for family holidays with large sandy beaches and a popular destination for watersports. Situated on the shore of Mount's Bay with stunning views towards the Lizard peninsula and Land's End the ancient market town of Marazion is a great place to visit at any time of year.
