Glorious views over the historic harbour and village of Polperro with its little tidal beach, then the spectacular view out to sea, a wonderful sight in all seasons. Walking distance down hill to the quinticentual fishing village, with all of its ameanities such as restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops, both enticing and practical. The Lookout has the added bonus of being able to explore and enjoy the grounds, and it is within easy reach of the spectacular South West Coastal path, which takes you towards Talland Bay and Looe or in the oposite direction to the pretty smuggling cove of Lansallos, Lantic Bay and beyond.
